The KAKAO PROJECT combines the rich cultural landscape of Malaysian art with the purity of Malaysian single-origin chocolate. This initiative aims to promote Malaysian artists and showcase the finest Malaysian specialty chocolates and its robust  flavours to consumers as well as supporting the chocolate and art community.  By intertwining the worlds of art and chocolate, Kakao Origin .hopes to bring forward a product that not only delights the palate but also celebrates Malaysian heritage and creativity.

 

Supported by Taksu Galleries and Chocolate Concierge, The Kakao Project's debut initiative features a unique collaboration between Kakao Origin, a purveyor of specialty chocolate drinks, and Malaysian visual artists. Dani Omar and Yoss Yoseff.

Six distinctly Malaysian chocolates were uniquely developed and encased in limited edition packaging featuring Dani Omar and Yoss Yusoff art, making every chocolate bar a  delightful experience and a collectible piece of art: 

• White Chocolate with Mango 

• 70% Pasir Putih Dark Chocolate with Dates 

• 48% Chemor Milk Chocolate with Calamansi

• 70% Dark Chocolate with Ginger and Chili 

• 80% Dark Chocolate with Jackfruit 

• Milk Chocolate with Coconut and Almond
